Cancellation & Refund Policy

By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final and payments are non-refundable
• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or business requirements
  • Dissatisfaction with service results
  • Technical issues or platform downtime
  • Duplicate payments or accidental purchases
  • Non-usage of purchased services
• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis
• You are responsible for reviewing service details before purchase

Our services are delivered as follows:

• Basic Listings: Activated immediately upon payment confirmation
• Pro Plans: Features activated within 24 hours of payment
• Premium Services: Processed within 48 hours of payment

Once services are delivered, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Regarding service cancellations:

• Services cannot be cancelled once payment is processed
• Recurring subscriptions (if any) can be cancelled for future billing cycles
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period

In very rare cases involving technical errors on our part that prevent service delivery, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are entirely at our discretion.

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and include detailed documentation of the technical issue.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute for services that have been delivered will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account and all services
• Removal of all listings and content from our platform
• Permanent ban from using our services
• Legal action to recover costs and damages
